As a ERP Pre-Sales Consultant (Regional), you will play a critical role in engaging with global / regional customers, understanding their business challenges and designing relevant solutions to support their needs and drive business growth.

This role supports the implementation and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion Finance, working closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, conduct testing, and support system users. The position offers broad exposure to finance transformation projects, covering the full ERP lifecycle from business analysis and UAT to deployment and post-go-live support.

This role supports the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, working closely with HR stakeholders to deliver effective system solutions across the employee lifecycle. It offers hands-on experience in a large-scale transformation project, including system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Our client is undergoing a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation program with a targeted go-live in October. They are hiring two Finance Transformation Specialists, each focusing on one of the following areas: Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) & Oracle Fusion Financials (ERP Finance). Both roles will work closely within the same transformation program, supporting implementation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

This is a hands‑on, one‑person IT leadership role responsible for building and scaling core IT systems to support business operations and growth;

The role focuses on end‑to‑end ERP and Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation, including system design, vendor management, and on‑site deployment.
