We are partnering with a leading retail organisation on a large-scale, multi-year ERP transformation programme, and are looking for an experienced Head of Programme Management to drive delivery excellence.This is a critical leadership role within a complex transformation spanning merchandising, operations, and digital capabilities across multiple business units.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the Programme Management Office (PMO) function for a large-scale ERP transformation
  • Establish and continuously refine programme governance, frameworks, and delivery methodologies
  • Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and resource alignment across multiple workstreams
  • Manage programme scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Facilitate senior-level governance forums and steer key decision-making discussions
  • Ensure consistent use of standards, templates, and reporting across the programme
  • Track milestones, risks, and issues, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain visibility of overall programme health and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years' experience in project/programme management, including leadership roles on complex transformation initiatives
  • Strong track record delivering large-scale ERP or digital transformation programmes
  • Experience in retail, merchandising systems, or similar domains is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with Oracle Retail is preferred; experience with other major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) will also be considered
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Strong understanding of PMO governance, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
