Our client is undergoing a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation program with a targeted go-live in October. They are hiring two Finance Transformation Specialists, each focusing on one of the following areas: Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) & Oracle Fusion Financials (ERP Finance). Both roles will work closely within the same transformation program, supporting implementation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Job Description

Common Responsibilities (Both Roles)

  • Work closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Participate in end-to-end testing cycles:
    • System Integration Testing (SIT)
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • Regression testing
  • Support system issue troubleshooting, process improvements, and automation testing initiatives
  • Collaborate within a project + Application Management (AM) model
  • Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement



Track 1: Oracle EPM Specialist

  • Support implementation and optimization of Oracle EPM solutions
  • Assist in:
    • Budgeting & planning
    • Forecasting
    • Financial consolidation
  • Work on financial reporting and performance management processes
  • Support basic configuration and data-related activities within EPM tools



Track 2: Oracle Fusion Finance Specialist

  • Support implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA)
  • Assist in functional design and configuration of finance modules
  • Support financial operations and reporting within ERP environment
  • Participate in data migration and system integration activities

The Successful Applicant

General Requirements (Applicable to Both)

  • At least1-3 years of experience in:
    • Finance systems / ERP / EPM / FP&A-related roles
  • Strong functional finance knowledge (~70%), including:
    • Financial reporting
    • Core accounting or planning processes
  • Basic technical exposure (~20-30%), such as:
    • Data integration / migration concepts
    • System integration understanding
    • SQL / reporting tools (nice to have)
  • Experience in testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression)
  • Exposure to implementation or transformation projects preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a project environment

Preferred by Track

  • EPM track:
    • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, consolidation
    • Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion is a plus
  • Fusion track:
    • Experience with GL, AP, AR or other ERP finance modules
    • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials is a plus
