Job Description

  • Partner with overseas and regional customers to identify business transformation opportunities and gather requirements across manufacturing operations, finance, cost management, supply chain, and enterprise management processes.
  • Design and present end-to-end pre-sales solutions leveraging BIP capabilities, including Manufacturing, Financials, Expense Management, Cost Management, Planning, Quality Management, and AI-powered analytics.
  • Lead customer workshops, product demonstrations, executive presentations, and proposal defense sessions to articulate business value and solution differentiation.
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored digital transformation roadmaps that improve operational efficiency, financial control, compliance, visibility, and decision-making.
  • Advise customers on industry best practices, regulatory compliance, governance, internal controls, and digital transformation strategies across global markets.
  • Support sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle, providing consultative expertise, solution architecture guidance, and technical pre-sales support to drive successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with product, delivery, and consulting teams to communicate customer requirements, identify market trends, and contribute to product enhancement and localization initiatives.
  • Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, AI applications, and competitive offerings from leading vendors such as SAP and Oracle to strengthen solution competitiveness.
  • Develop reusable industry solutions, business cases, demonstration scenarios, and customer success stories to improve sales effectiveness and scalability.
  • Utilize data analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting models to demonstrate how customers can achieve intelligent operations, predictive insights, and continuous performance improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of pre-sales, solution consulting, or digital transformation experience supporting enterprise software, ERP, manufacturing, finance, or business management solutions.
  • Strong functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, Quality Management, Cost Management, Financial Accounting, Expense Management, Treasury, or Enterprise Performance Management.
  • Experience delivering digital transformation or ERP-related projects for multinational organizations, ideally across international markets.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle solutions; expertise in SAP PP/QM, SAP FI/CO, Oracle Manufacturing, or Oracle Financials is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled business applications, data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and dashboard solutions.
  • Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) communication skills, with the ability to independently conduct customer discovery sessions, solution presentations, workshops, and executive-level discussions.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, solution design, proposal development, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication capabilities and the ability to build relationships with customers across diverse regions and industries.
  • Willingness to travel on a frequent basis and adapt to different business environments, cultures, and working styles.
