Job Description

  • Support the set‑up and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the group
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders on people matters and employee lifecycle issues including talent acquisition and performance management
  • Conduct and support HR audits, documentation reviews, and compliance checks
  • Oversee and coordinate HR matters with local operations team from other regional offices
  • Work closely with finance function on headcount planning, HR cost monitoring, and people‑related processes
  • Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and probation management across regions
  • Handle employee relations matters in a professional, discreet, and practical manner
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure consistent HR practices as the organisation scales
  • Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
  • Support ad‑hoc HR and people‑related projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 - 10 years' of all rounded human resources experiences
  • Experience as an HR generalist, with hands on exposure to multiple HR functions
  • Comfortable working in a build‑from‑scratch environment with evolving processes
  • Strong sense of ownership, maturity, and accountability
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks with attention to detail
  • Open‑minded, flexible, and collaborative working style
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting regional or cross‑border HR operations is a plus
  • Years of experience are not rigidly defined; attitude, capability, and mindset matter more than tenure
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
