Team Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development professionals to achieve and exceed sales targetsSet clear KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectivesConduct regular pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluationsRecruit, onboard, and develop new team members2. Revenue GenerationDrive new business acquisition across target industries and market segmentsPersonally close high-value and strategic dealsEnsure consistent achievement of individual and team sales quotasBuild and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline3. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementDevelop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategiesIdentify new market opportunities and target clientsBuild relationships with senior decision-makers (e.g., Marketing Directors, CMOs, business owners)Deliver tailored sales pitches and proposals to clients4.
