Job Description

As a Reception & Administration Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the front desk and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are properly set up.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services and work with the mailroom team
  • Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Providing administrative support to various teams as required.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handing new joiners access cards and issues
  • Vendor management and procurement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Reception & Administration Officer should have:

  • Higher Diploma or above in business administration or relevant
  • Over 5 years experience in administration - ideally in sizeable firms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • A professional and approachable demeanour.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
