The company partners with a diverse portfolio of clients to deliver innovative marketing, media, and digital solutions.Job DescriptionSupport the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, employee changes, and offboarding processes.Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer administration.Assist in building employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.Coordinate payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.Administer employee benefits, MPF enrollment, leave management, and insurance-related matters.Support compensation and benefits activities, ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with Hong Kong employment legislation and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.Assist with tax filing, annual payroll reporting, and other statutory submissions.Provide support on employee relations matters and respond to employee HR inquiries.Assist with administration duties, including insurance broker management, office supplies, facilities coordination, and general administrative support.Support the implementation and improvement of HR processes, systems, and operational workflows.Participate in ad hoc HR and administrative projects as assigned.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience covering multiple HR functions.Experience in recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR compliance requirements.Knowledge of MPF administration, taxation processes, and statutory reporting is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.Positive mindset with a proactive, hands-on, and can-do attitude.Thoughtful, supportive, and team-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Previous experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, or multinational environment would be advantageous.What's on OfferCandidate with less experience will be considered as Senior HR OfficerPermanent role in the growing digital media industryGreat start-up culture and upbeat environmentIf you're interested in this HR Generalist position, we encourage you to apply!ContactMaggie IpQuote job refJN-092026-7100706Phone number+852 25306124Job summaryFunctionHuman ResourcesSpecialisationHR GeneralistWhat is your area of specialisation?Media & AgencyLocationHong KongJob Type:PermanentConsultant nameMaggie IpConsultant phone+852 25306124Job ReferenceJN-092026-7100706
