This is an established and reputable organisation within the insurance industry, known for its commitment to providing quality services and comprehensive solutions. Currently looking for an Assistant Manager to to join their customer service team- will need to have valid IIQE 1+3 for this role.

Job Description

As an Assistant Manager (Customer Service), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service in line with company policies and standards.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to address customer needs effectively.
  • Monitoring service quality and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Providing training and support to team members to maintain service excellence.
  • Preparing reports and analysing customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Handling escalated customer complaints and finding suitable resolutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager (Customer Service) should have:

  • A strong understanding of the insurance industry and its customer service standards
  • Must have experience in LIFE insurance products
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in leading or supporting a customer service team.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Must have in date - IIQE 1 + 3
