Risk Management & Internal Audits (25%)Coordinate and track internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely closure of findings and corrective actions.Manage audit follow-up processes and reporting to relevant stakeholders.Conduct and maintain APAC risk assessments across operational, regulatory, legal, and strategic risk areas.Maintain and regularly update the legal and compliance risk register.Monitor key risk indicators and support risk mitigation initiatives.2. Compliance Governance & Documentation (20%)Develop, review, and maintain corporate policies, standards, and procedures.Establish and manage compliance documentation repositories and governance frameworks.Maintain a centralized compliance library and ensure document control standards are met.Provide compliance advisory support to business units on governance and regulatory matters.Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.3. Information Security, Data Protection & HSE Compliance (20%)Provide day-to-day compliance guidance relating to Information Security, Data Protection, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.Support business stakeholders in interpreting and implementing compliance controls.Monitor compliance obligations and promote awareness of relevant policies and standards.Coordinate remediation activities for compliance gaps and control weaknesses.4. ISO & Compliance Programs (20%)Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.Coordinate internal and external certification audits.Facilitate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) testing and simulation exercises.Drive regional compliance initiatives and governance programs.Monitor compliance program effectiveness and report progress to management.5.
