As an Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining client insurance portfolios with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs and preferences.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration.
  • Identifying opportunities for policy upgrades or additional coverage options.
  • Resolving client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitoring market trends to provide clients with relevant advice and updates.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to identify client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
  • More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Account Manager
