Job Description

  • Manage the full working capital cycle, including WIP, billing, collections, and debtor management.
  • Partner with fee earners and senior stakeholders to improve lock-up performance and cash conversion.
  • Monitor aged WIP and accounts receivable balances, identifying risks and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Prepare and analyse working capital reports, KPIs, and management information.
  • Provide strategic advice on billing arrangements, credit control matters, and collection strategies.
  • Support month-end processes, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices relating to billing and credit management.
  • Build strong working relationships with partners, legal teams, and finance colleagues across the business.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in working capital, revenue control, credit control, billing, or finance operations.
  • Experience gained within a law firm, professional services firm, or partnership environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of WIP management, billing processes, collections, and debtor control.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
