This permanent role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a significant impact within the Accounting & Finance department.Job DescriptionBusiness Partnering & Strategic Financial AnalysisAct as a trusted finance partner to business stakeholders, including trust, insurance, and other licensed service entities. Collaborate closely with business leaders to support strategic planning, new business initiatives, and investment evaluations.Provide financial insights and commercial guidance on business decisions, review contractual and transaction-related financial terms, and proactively identify potential financial, tax, and regulatory risks. Support the development and evaluation of service pricing strategies through robust financial analysis and recommendations.Tax Compliance, Treasury & Liquidity ManagementMaintain strong knowledge of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS/HKAS) and local tax regulations to ensure full compliance across the business unit.Lead and coordinate Hong Kong profits tax filings, annual statutory audits, and transfer pricing matters. Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury activities to support the business's operational and strategic funding requirements.Internal Controls, Governance & Process ImprovementEstablish and implement finance policies, controls, and standard operating procedures that align with local regulatory requirements and business needs in Hong Kong.Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and governance frameworks by leveraging technology and system-based solutions. Strengthen the overall financial control environment and enhance operational efficiency through effective internal control management.Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance ManagementLead the annual budgeting process for the Hong Kong entity, including long-term financial planning, monthly rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators, including revenue, costs, expenses, assets, and equity.
