Job Description

  • Create clear, engaging copy for mobile app interfaces, notifications, and user guides
  • Write and refine app store descriptions and in-app messaging flows
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to support user journeys
  • Ensure content aligns with product functionality and enhances usability
  • Conduct user and market research to tailor content to target audiences
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, tone, and clarity
  • Stay informed on UX writing trends and mobile content best practices
  • Support and mentor junior copywriters within the team

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in UX writing, content design, or digital copywriting
  • Strong understanding of mobile app user experience principles
  • Ability to translate complex features into user-friendly language
  • Experience working with cross-functional product and design teams
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Research-driven mindset with strong audience awareness
  • Familiarity with UX best practices and content strategy frameworks
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is an advantage
