Seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive digital experiences for web, mobile, and AI-driven products. The role partners closely with business and technology teams to deliver user-centred solutions.

Job Description

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for internal web and mobile applications.
  • Gather user requirements and translate them into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centred interfaces.
  • Design and enhance AI chatbot and conversational experiences.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, and Development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct usability testing and leverage insights to improve user experience.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI standards, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging UX trends, AI-driven design, and digital product innovations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or related disciplines.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile, or enterprise application design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX methodology, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing internal business applications or enterprise systems.
  • Exposure to AI products, chatbot interfaces, or conversational design.
  • Experience working in Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or related regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of design systems and Agile product development methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
