Job Description

  • Providing operational support for trading activities within the EAM business.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of trade confirmations and settlements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve trade discrepancies efficiently.
  • Monitoring and addressing system issues to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Assisting in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining compliance with financial services regulations and company policies.
  • Preparing and analyzing reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional service in a professional manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or relevant disciplines.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in trade operations, middle-office, or brokerage support.
  • Proficiency in relevant trading systems and financial software tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to manage trade discrepancies.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients.
