Job Description

  • Lead solution design using enterprise architecture principles and standards
  • Translate insurance business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Design and govern system architectures across on‑premise and cloud platforms
  • Partner with development teams through full solution lifecycle delivery
  • Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and governance standards
  • Evaluate technical options, risks, and trade-offs for project initiatives
  • Contribute to architecture roadmaps aligned with long-term business goals
  • Promote innovation, agility, and best practices across IT teams
  • Produce and maintain high-quality architecture and design documentation
  • Support continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and patterns

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
  • 7-10 years' experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles
  • Strong background in insurance or large-scale enterprise systems
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and distributed architectures
  • Proven ability to guide teams on technical standards and governance
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex designs to non-technical users
  • Strategic mindset with a balance of hands-on and design leadership
