Job Description

This is a broad and impactful role combining talent strategy, recruitment, learning and organisational capability development. Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will be responsible for driving an integrated talent agenda that supports business growth, workforce planning and succession readiness.Working closely with senior leaders and hiring managers, you will partner with the business to understand current and future talent requirements, identify capability gaps and develop practical talent solutions aligned to commercial objectives. You will play a key role in shaping and executing talent acquisition strategies, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing through to assessment, offer management and onboarding. In addition, you will leverage recruitment analytics and market insights to enhance hiring effectiveness, strengthen employer branding and continuously improve the candidate experience.Beyond recruitment, you will lead the design and delivery of talent development initiatives aimed at building organisational capability and leadership strength. This includes developing learning frameworks, leadership programmes, workshops and development pathways that support both individual growth and business performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify learning needs, implement targeted development solutions and foster a culture of continuous learning.The role will also take ownership of succession planning and talent review processes, working with leadership teams to identify high-potential talent, assess readiness for future roles and build sustainable leadership pipelines. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in talent practices across the organisation, while evaluating programme effectiveness through meaningful metrics, participant feedback and business outcomes. Additionally, you will support internal HR communications and contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, together with at least 10 years of experience across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management or a related HR specialism. Experience within a regional, matrix or multicultural environment will be highly advantageous.You should demonstrate hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, candidate assessment, employer branding and stakeholder management, alongside proven experience designing and delivering learning programmes, leadership development initiatives and succession planning frameworks. Exposure to talent review processes, competency frameworks and learning management systems or training portals would be beneficial.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and project management capabilities, with the ability to use recruitment and talent metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required. Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered at Manager level. Occasional regional travel will be required.
