This role is responsible for driving new business and expanding existing customer relationships by selling technology services, managed services, and outsourcing solutions to enterprise clients, client is seeking an experienced Services Sales Consultant to drive the growth of our Technology Services and Technology Management Services (TMS) business across enterprise customers in Hong Kong.

Job Description

As a Services Sales Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

Drive New Services Business

  • Identify, develop, and close new opportunities for technology services, managed services, cloud, and outsourcing solutions across enterprise customers.



Manage and Grow Sales Pipeline

  • Build, maintain, and execute a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, account planning, and opportunity management to achieve sales targets.



Develop Trusted Client Relationships

  • Establish strong consultative relationships with key customer stakeholders, including IT leaders and C-level executives, to understand business challenges and objectives.



Deliver Solution-Based Selling

  • Collaborate with account managers, solution architects, and technical teams to develop tailored service proposals that address customer needs and create business value.



Lead Commercial Negotiations

  • Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure activities to maximize win rates and ensure successful outcomes.



Expand Existing Accounts

  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities within existing customers to increase contract value and long-term revenue growth.



Stay Ahead of Market Trends

  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry developments, cloud and managed services trends, competitor offerings, and partner ecosystems to effectively position solutions and support customer transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Services Sales Consultant should have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-8+ years of enterprise IT services, cloud, managed services, or solution sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior business and technology decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, managed services, outsourcing, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
