They are now recruiting a Senior Sales Exective (APAC) who will further lead and grow their Sales team and manage distribution business.Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in supporting and driving sales operations across the APAC region. This position is responsible for sales coordination, order management, customer analysis, sales reporting, and commercial execution to enhance business performance and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and regional customers to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, seasonal programs, and commercial projects.Sales Operations & Business Support:Support the APAC Sales Team in executing regional sales strategies and achieving business objectives.Coordinate and manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, pricing information, and customer requests.Streamline sales administrative processes to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.Act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, supply chain, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.Order Management & Commercial Execution:Manage and consolidate customer orders across the APAC region, ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment.Oversee the execution of seasonal booking programs, customer-to-order (CTO) processes, and other commercial initiatives.Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues related to order processing, inventory allocation, or shipment schedules.Ensure compliance with internal processes, sales policies, and order management procedures.Customer & Market Analysis:Collect, organize, and analyze sell-through, buy review, and sales performance data to generate actionable customer insights.Analyze customer purchasing behavior, market trends, product preferences, and target price points to support business planning and product development.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management decision-making.Identify opportunities for business growth through data-driven recommendations and performance tracking.Customer Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers across the APAC region.Lead customer communications regarding pricing, order status, seasonal programs, and commercial updates.Organize and facilitate customer meetings, business reviews, trade show meetings, and presentation sessions.Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, follow-up actions, and meeting recaps to ensure effective communication and execution.Project Coordination:Lead and coordinate regional projects and other strategic sales initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to ensure successful project implementation.Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.Team Support & Leadership:Provide guidance and support to the sales team on operational processes and customer management.Monitor daily sales activities and customer communications to ensure timely responses and high service standards.Foster a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven working environment.Contribute to the achievement of regional sales targets and business growth objectives.The Successful ApplicantEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related disciplines.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Analysis, Customer Service, or related commercial functions.Experience working in a regional APAC environment is highly preferred.Experience in product-related industries, consumer goods, fashion, sporting goods, retail, or FMCG sectors will be an advantage.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of sales operations, order management, and commercial processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar enterprise platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate business insights.Experience working with sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Competencies:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Team player with the ability to work effectively across different functions and cultures.Language Requirements:Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.Additional Asian language capabilities would be considered an advantage.What's on OfferThis position offers the candidate strong growth opportunities and an excellent career path within the company.
