Job Description

As a (Senior) Relationship Manager, Cross-Border Payments, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive new business development and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire corporate clients with cross-border payment, overseas account, and RMB settlement needs.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored payment and treasury solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and business development activities to uncover new opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Analyze transaction data and provide value-added insights to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize products, processes, and customer service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful (Senior) Relationship Manager, Cross-Border Payments should have:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within payment solutions or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations.
