Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximise property occupancy and rental income.
  • Managing tenant relationships, including lease negotiations and renewals.
  • Conducting market research to ensure competitive rental pricing and property positioning.
  • Overseeing property marketing campaigns to attract new tenants.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies in all leasing activities.
  • Preparing detailed property performance reports for management review.
  • Collaborating with property management teams to maintain high property standards.
  • Providing insights and recommendations for property portfolio optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property & Leasing Manager should have:

  • A degree in property management, real estate, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in leasing and property management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A good understanding of HK property market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and reporting skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
