Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end product design across mobile and digital banking platforms.
  • Shape global design vision, standards, and experience roadmaps.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
  • Simplify complex financial and regulatory requirements into intuitive user journeys.
  • Apply customer research, data, and insights to guide and validate design decisions.
  • Maintain high standards of UX, UI, interaction, and content design across products.
  • Champion scalable design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design practices.
  • Balance immediate delivery needs with long‑term experience strategy.
  • Influence stakeholders and raise overall design quality across initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience designing digital products with measurable business and customer impact.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality product design across web and native platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping, and working with design systems.
  • Background in complex or regulated environments, ideally financial services.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Confident working cross‑functionally with global teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong UX writing and content design capability in UK English.
  • Experience mentoring designers and contributing to a high‑performance design culture.
