Job Description

  • Proactively review existing process and systems and set new standards to align core HR administrative processes across regional offices, ensuring compliance and operational excellence are standardized
  • Work alongside finance team and business leaders to refine frameworks for salary grading, performance reviews, annual increments, and workforce planning. You'll be the analytical force ensuring internal equity and disciplined decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into daily workflows - turning administrative tasks into streamlined and digitalized process, moving action items away from manual cycles
  • Develop sophisticated reporting frameworks, provide insights that drive manpower planning and budgeting strategies; directly influence the decisions made by senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with 8-10+ years of experience in HR operations gained from a MNC or regional environment
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to influence internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record in compensation administration and performance frameworks
  • Deep experience in administrative controls and documentation frameworks
  • You see the "big picture" and understand how one change in a process impacts a global ecosystem while being able to think outside of the box
  • Comfortable with numbers and can translate complex workforce data into actionable insights for executive leadership
  • You aren't just "familiar" with digital tools; you are excited about how AI and automation can revolutionize HR operations
  • Be a trusted advisor; handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and communicate with clarity and authority across all levels of the business
