They are currently seeking a seasoned HR generalist with strong capabilities in talent management and compensation & benefits to join their Hong Kong team.Job DescriptionReporting to senior management, this role will act as a key HR business partner, supporting leadership in driving both day-to-day operations and longer-term business transformation initiatives across the region. You will work closely with division heads across Front line operations (technical) , Commercial and Corporate functions to understand business priorities, provide strategic HR advisory, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
