The group is renowned for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences.Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Chairman, this Senior HR Manager will lead the full spectrum of human resources across a diverse workforce within a prestigious luxury hospitality environment. Managing a lean HR team, you will serve as a trusted adviser to senior leadership and partner closely with finance and operation teams to deliver effective people strategies that support both employee engagement and business performance.This is a highly hands-on generalist role covering the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, mobility, and offboarding. A key focus of the position will be managing complex employee relations matters across both frontline and corporate populations, including investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances, conflict resolution, and employment-related queries, while ensuring compliance with Hong Kong employment legislation and company policies.You will provide practical HR support and guidance in a fast-paced operational environment. The role will also oversee visa applications, work permits, and mobility support for expatriate employees, while driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and organisational culture. The successful candidate will bring a balanced approach to people management, acting as both an employee advocate and a commercially minded business partner. You will continuously review HR processes, policies, and practices to support organisational growth, operational excellence, and long-term business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the business, a respected partner to operations teams, and a strong advocate for a positive employee experience.
