Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and track financial performance across the business, providing timely updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Analyze financial data to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities, offering actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in managing financial operations, regulatory submissions, and risk management deliverables.
  • Lead the planning cycle for annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with key financial metrics.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to enable clear communication and collaboration.
  • Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and strengthen financial operations.
  • Take ownership of finance-related projects and contribute to broader initiatives as needed.
  • Act as a liaison with Group and Regional offices on matters related to financial control and accounting standards.
  • Maintain robust internal controls in line with regulatory requirements and corporate governance guidelines.

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
  • Big 4 + Insurance is highly prefered
