Job Description

  • Build and deploy customer churn, propensity, and risk-scoring models using advanced ML techniques (e.g. Gradient Boosting, Survival Models).
  • Engineer features from customer behavioural, transactional, policy, and agent/intermediary data.
  • Develop scalable data pipelines and ML solutions using Python, SQL, Databricks, and cloud platforms.
  • Productionise models through scheduling, orchestration, automation, and CI/CD integration.
  • Design model monitoring frameworks, including drift detection, model performance tracking, and business dashboards.
  • Apply explainable AI techniques to identify and communicate key drivers of customer behaviour and churn.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven 5+ years of experience building and deploying classification and risk-scoring models.
  • Strong feature engineering skills across large customer and transactional datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, and cloud-based deployment environments.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps, workflow orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience building model monitoring and performance dashboards (Power BI or similar).
  • Knowledge of model explainability techniques (e.g. SHAP, feature importance).
  • Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
