Job Description

Supporting a workforce of over 600 employees across Hong Kong, and 4-5 offshoare countries, this position will play a pivotal role in driving compensation strategy, payroll governance, people cost management, HR operations excellence and transformation initiatives.Working closely with the HRBP and Finance team, the successful candidate will lead key reward programmes, strengthen operational governance, enhance HR systems and support the ongoing modernization of people processes across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits

  • Lead annual compensation cycles including salary reviews, bonus planning, promotions and market benchmarking.
  • Manage executive remuneration and support the design of short and long-term incentive programmes.
  • Partner with business leaders and Finance on workforce planning, budgeting and people cost management.
  • Review and enhance reward policies and frameworks to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.



HR Operations & Payroll Governance

  • Oversee payroll governance and sign-off across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with outsourced vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations, retirement schemes and statutory requirements.
  • Lead employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, employee movements and offboarding processes.
  • Support internal and external audits and strengthen operational controls.



Transformation & HR Technology

  • Drive HR transformation, process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
  • Partner with internal technology teams and vendors to improve HR systems, workflow automation and reporting capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy and employee experience.



Workforce Analytics & Planning

  • Manage workforce reporting and people cost analytics.
  • Develop forecasting models and dashboards to support headcount planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leadership.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • 10+ years of Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll governance and regional employment practices.
  • Proven experience leading HR transformation, process improvement or HRIS initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
