Job Description

· Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

· Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including events, digital initiatives, and athlete or brand activations.

· Translate client objectives into strategic plans and deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable results.

· Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring smooth delivery and resolving issues proactively.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.

· Develop and enhance internal processes, reporting systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.

· Track campaign performance through KPIs and provide post-campaign analysis with actionable insights for clients

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

· 5-8 years of experience in account management, project management, or client services within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.

· Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns end-to-end with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Strong client management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and act as a reliable advisor.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

· Skilled in developing processes and systems to improve workflow efficiency and project delivery.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset, with the ability to perform under pressure and take ownership of outcomes.
