Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing long-term commercial strategies to drive business growth, optimize asset utilization, and increase overall customer traffic. The role involves leading strategic sales and marketing initiatives to attract international partners, travel operators, and commercial stakeholders, while elevating brand presence through integrated campaigns and strategic communications. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including global operators, tourism organizations, government entities, and commercial partners, while proactively identifying new business opportunities through partnerships and negotiations. The position also requires continuous monitoring of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to support data-driven decision-making, alongside providing regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. As a key leader, you will guide and oversee the sales and marketing functions to ensure alignment with business objectives and consistent execution excellence.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will hold a degree in business administration, marketing, tourism, or a related discipline, with advanced qualifications considered an advantage. You will bring at least 12 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within the travel, tourism, hospitality, transportation, or related sectors. You possess a strong track record in business development, stakeholder engagement, and commercial negotiations, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse industries. A strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability is critical, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential, while Cantonese and Mandarin are highly desirable. Exposure to the regional or global travel ecosystem will be an advantage.
