As a key leader, you will guide and oversee the sales and marketing functions to ensure alignment with business objectives and consistent execution excellence.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will hold a degree in business administration, marketing, tourism, or a related discipline, with advanced qualifications considered an advantage. You will bring at least 12 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within the travel, tourism, hospitality, transportation, or related sectors. You possess a strong track record in business development, stakeholder engagement, and commercial negotiations, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse industries. A strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability is critical, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential, while Cantonese and Mandarin are highly desirable.
