Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within the business services industry or a related sector.
  • Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Good understanding of the Hong Kong business landscape and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
