Job Description

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the Digital Industries business across Hong Kong and Macau, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, achieving assigned targets by identifying new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships across various industries. You will adopt value-based selling approaches and manage project-type business processes while identifying customer pain points and proposing tailored solutions aligned with the company's portfolio, including Digital Twin, IoT, 5G, and cloud technologies. In addition, you will maintain accurate customer and project data within CRM systems for forecasting and reporting purposes, analyze market conditions to build a strong ecosystem, and contribute to the growth of the regional service business. Regular client visits, participation in seminars, and engagement in promotional activities will be necessary to strengthen relationships and secure key projects.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will hold a Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and possess 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in industrial products or systems, particularly within automation, drive technology, or digital solutions. You should demonstrate solid technical knowledge in automation systems, variable speed drives (VSD), motors, and digital technologies, along with proven sales experience, project bidding capabilities, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. You should be capable of presenting Industry 4.0 and digital transformation concepts to customers and have familiarity with key vertical industries in Hong Kong and Macau, such as Building Automation, HVAC, Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Power, Data Centers, and pump and fan applications. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required, with Mandarin considered an advantage.
