The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributor networks, developing key account relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable sales growth across general trade and corporate / modern trade channels.Job DescriptionGeneral Trade & Distributor Management:Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors to ensure sustainable business growth and continuous repeat sales.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets within the general trade channel.Monitor distributor performance and identify opportunities for business expansion and operational improvements.Conduct regular market visits to retail outlets to enhance product distribution, availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and implement trade promotions, sales campaigns, and channel development initiatives.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable business strategies.Key Account & Corporate Business Development:Serve as the primary contact for major customers and key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, including hotels, hospitals, theme parks, local chain enterprises, property developers, and other institutional customers.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, tender projects, and non-retail sales channels.Proactively explore innovative business solutions and growth opportunities aligned with business objectives.Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.Business Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely with supply chain, finance, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and execution.Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for senior management.Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where necessary.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and channel productivity.The Successful ApplicantDiploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in tissue, consumer paper products, household products, or related categories.Proven experience in managing general trade channels, distributors, and/or key account customers.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Demonstrated experience in business development, distributor management, and key account management.Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.Experience in handling B2B, institutional, tender, or corporate sales channels.Strong network within retail, hospitality, healthcare, property management, or commercial sectors.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Passionate about driving business growth and building long-term customer partnerships.What's on OfferThis role offers a promising career path within a dynamic working environment.
