This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, cultivating high-net-worth individual (HNWI) relationships, and managing end-to-end sales and marketing initiatives across Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and international markets.Job DescriptionMembership Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive sales of premium individual and corporate membership programs.Identify and develop new business opportunities with multinational corporations, private banking clients, family offices, and other strategic partners.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiations, contract execution, and onboarding.Develop and implement membership retention and engagement strategies to achieve renewal and revenue targets.Organize exclusive member events, networking functions, wellness seminars, and VIP experiences to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.Luxury Travel, Retreats & Lifestyle ExperiencesPromote bespoke travel, wellness retreat, and lifestyle experiences tailored to affluent clientele.Develop attractive packages that integrate accommodation, wellness, dining, leisure, and other premium services.Collaborate with travel agencies, concierge providers, and lifestyle partners to expand market reach.Drive individual and group bookings through proactive sales initiatives and partnership development.Marketing & Brand DevelopmentPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and partner channels.Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communications and customer touchpoints.Work closely with internal teams and external agencies on content creation, marketing materials, and promotional initiatives.Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.Strategic Partnerships & Market ExpansionBuild and maintain strategic relationships with luxury brands, private clubs, financial institutions, hospitality groups, and referral partners.Explore new domestic and international markets to attract affluent customers, expatriates, and wellness-focused consumers.Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership arrangements to maximize business opportunities.Revenue Growth & Commercial StrategyAchieve established sales and revenue targets through proactive business development activities.Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses.Recommend pricing, promotional, and distribution strategies to support revenue growth objectives.Contribute to the development and execution of long-term commercial strategies.The Successful ApplicantQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.ExperienceMinimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle memberships, wellness services, travel, premium customer relationship management, business development, or B2B sales.Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.Experience selling premium products, services, memberships, or lifestyle offerings will be highly advantageous.Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach.Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across cultures and markets.Knowledge of the Hong Kong, Greater Bay Area, and regional luxury consumer market is an advantage.Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
