Job Description

  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders across the region to support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring alignment with both organisational objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Contribute to the design and administration of annual salary review processes, incentive plans, bonus frameworks, sales commission schemes, and recognition programmes across multiple countries and business units.
  • Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of regional compensation data, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. This includes compensation benchmarking, salary structure reviews, pay equity analysis, workforce cost modelling, budget planning, and headcount tracking.
  • Support the management and governance of employee benefits programmes across various markets, working closely with local HR teams and external providers to ensure programmes remain competitive, compliant, and cost-effective while delivering a positive employee experience.
  • Drive annual budgeting and forecasting activities related to people costs, including salary increments, variable pay, benefits expenditure, and workforce planning. Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Manage job evaluation, job mapping, organisation structure reviews, and grading exercises to support workforce effectiveness and ensure consistency across the region. Participate in compensation surveys and leverage market intelligence to inform reward strategies and talent decisions.
  • Prepare regional Total Rewards dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership, delivering accurate and timely analysis on compensation trends, headcount movements, workforce costs, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with broader HR teams on strategic projects including reward harmonisation, policy development, HR transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and employee value proposition.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 8-12 years of Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR analytics experience.
  • Proven experience managing regional compensation and benefits programmes across multiple countries and business entities.
  • Strong expertise in bonus scheme design, incentive plans, commission structures, salary review processes, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Experience preparing people budgets, workforce planning models, headcount reports, and compensation analytics.
  • Solid understanding of job evaluation, job mapping, salary structures, grading methodologies, and market survey participation.
  • Strong regional exposure across Asia Pacific; experience supporting multiple locations and diverse workforce populations is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience within manufacturing, retail, consumer products, sourcing, supply chain, industrial, or other complex multinational business environments would be advantageous.
  • Highly analytical, numerically strong, and comfortable working with large volumes of workforce and compensation data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a structured and methodical approach to work.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to balance employee needs, market competitiveness, and business cost considerations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different levels and geographies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced regional environment.
