Job Description

As a Product Owner, your main responsibilities will include:Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Serve as Product Owner or Sub-Product Owner for agency digital tools, defining product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities
  • Lead sprint planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Business Analysts, QA, and business stakeholders) to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with governance, regulatory, and organizational standards



Data-Driven Insights & Adoption

  • Analyze usage data and user behavior to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop actionable insights to enhance tool adoption, user engagement, and overall effectiveness
  • Establish success metrics and track performance across agency channels
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to management and regional stakeholders



Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies to drive adoption of digital tools
  • Engage agency leaders and frontline users through workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions
  • Collaborate with business units to integrate solutions seamlessly into existing workflows
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels to align priorities and drive behavioral change



Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with Agile squads to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and resolve issues effectively
  • Operate with strong ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Owner should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Sub-PO, preferably within insurance, banking, or financial services
  • Proven track record in:
  • Analyzing data and translating insights into business actions
  • Driving digital adoption and usage improvement initiatives
  • Delivering end-to-end change management programs
  • Strong self-starter with a proactive, "can-do" mindset and ability to work independently
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and agency channels
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization abilities
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and drive decisions
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
