Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and relationship‑driven Private Client Sales Director/Manager to develop and manage a highly exclusive high‑net‑worth client portfolio in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for a luxury professional skilled in cultivating relationships with ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, discerning collectors, and strategic partners-while delivering exceptional client experiences and driving strong sales performance.

This position reports directly to the Chief Private Client Director.

  1. Private Client Development



Identify, recruit, and nurture high‑net‑worth clients and collectors.

Build long‑term relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, and luxury communities.

Maintain and expand a well‑qualified private client CRM database.

  1. Sales Performance



Achieve annual sales targets across the Hong Kong market.

Drive sales through personalised engagement, bespoke experiences, and a relationship‑first approach.

Convert high‑potential prospects into repeat buyers and long‑term collectors.

  1. Luxury Experience & Client Engagement



Lead exclusive tastings, intimate dinners, and tailored luxury experiences.

Deliver compelling storytelling that highlights craftsmanship, heritage, and rarity.

Collaborate with high‑end partners including private clubs, collectors' groups, luxury brands, and art communities.

  1. Market Development



Identify new client‑acquisition opportunities within private banking, luxury automotive, art circles, and broader UHNW ecosystems.

Establish partnerships that enhance brand presence and visibility among UHNW communities in Hong Kong.

  1. CRM & Client Management



Ensure accurate client data and engagement tracking within CRM systems.

Monitor client journeys from first contact to conversion and ongoing retention.

Consolidate market insights and client feedback for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10 years of experience in luxury sales, private client management, or the high‑end wines & spirits sector.
  • Strong network within Hong Kong's UHNW and luxury communities.
  • Proven success in closing high‑value transactions and managing elite client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience organising luxury events and bespoke client experiences is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
