Job Description



As a TA Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles, spanning back-office functions and business-facing positions at both local and offshore levels, supporting the Hong Kong office as well as regional/global hiring needs. This is a team management role, where you will guide, coach, and develop the talent acquisition team, strengthening their capabilities in stakeholder management, effective hiring manager engagement, and consultative recruitment practices.

You will partner closely with department heads to understand talent requirements, including headcount planning, manpower deployment, organizational structuring, and salary benchmarking against market trends, ensuring well-informed hiring decisions. In addition, you will implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline, while managing relationships with external recruitment partners and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Beyond core talent acquisition responsibilities, you will also drive key HR initiatives, including employee engagement, employee relations, and the upgrade of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will leverage recruitment data and market insights to continuously enhance hiring effectiveness, while contributing to employer branding efforts to attract and retain high-calibre talent.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Manager should have:

  • Degree Holder with a minimum of 8-10 years recruitment experience gained from both agency and in-house background.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably from sizable companies, candidates with regional experience will be highly sought after.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
