This is a team management role, where you will guide, coach, and develop the talent acquisition team, strengthening their capabilities in stakeholder management, effective hiring manager engagement, and consultative recruitment practices.You will partner closely with department heads to understand talent requirements, including headcount planning, manpower deployment, organizational structuring, and salary benchmarking against market trends, ensuring well-informed hiring decisions. In addition, you will implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline, while managing relationships with external recruitment partners and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.Beyond core talent acquisition responsibilities, you will also drive key HR initiatives, including employee engagement, employee relations, and the upgrade of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
