Our client is one of the most reputable US investment bank and they are currently looking for a KYC Data Migration Specialist, with focus in end to end data, documents, verification check, KYC review and follow compliance standard. Candidate should have relevant of working experience in KYC remediation or similar experience.

Job Description

  • Managing the end-to-end KYC data migration process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reviewing and validating client data to maintain regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Testing and verifying migrated data to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining detailed records of migration activities.
  • Providing support and expertise during post-migration audits and reviews.
  • Adhering to strict timelines and project deadlines for data migration tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all migration activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • at least 2 years of working experience under client onboarding or relevant field within banking industry
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
