This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to maximize sales volume, strengthen partnerships, and optimize financial outcomes.Job DescriptionDevelop tailored objectives for each key account to achieve sales targets and broader business goals.Optimize contract profitability by negotiating favorable terms.Continuously monitor and adjust commercial conditions based on client performance and market dynamics.Manage budget planning with a strong focus on accuracy and maximizing ROI on investments.Identify and propose strategic investments for key accounts, aligning with short-term and long-term business strategies.Ensure all contracts receive approval from Finance, Tax, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to mitigate risks.Assist in demand forecasting to ensure efficient planning for responsible accounts.Oversee credit allocation for clients and collaborate with finance teams to maintain cash flow efficiency.Work closely with operations teams, including logistics and sales agents, to ensure contract execution and fulfillment.Coordinate internal resources to implement and monitor contract benefits, merchandising, promotions, and key account programs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support in business development and strategic collaboration.Conduct regular business reviews with key account stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.Analyze competitive market activity and implement effective response strategies to maintain a competitive edge.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 2+ years of experience in the tobacco or FMCG industry within Hong Kong & Macau markets.Experience managing CVS accounts is a plus but not required.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Fluent in Cantonese (spoken and written) with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).Knowledge of category management and channel management, including P&L planning.Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with expertise in financial and volume data interpretation.Excellent planning and organizational abilities to drive business success.What's on OfferThis company offers the successful candidate a promising career path within a dynamic working environment.
