Job Description

  • Enhance and expand predictive modelling capabilities by incorporating new data sources and refining existing features to improve model accuracy, robustness, and coverage
  • Develop, refresh, and optimise churn prediction models to ensure continued alignment with evolving business needs and customer behaviours
  • Deploy models into a cloud-based production environment, establishing automated pipelines to deliver scalable, reliable, and timely scoring outputs
  • Design, build, and maintain monitoring frameworks and dashboards to track model performance, detect degradation, and inform continuous model improvement
  • Create interpretable, customer-level risk indicators across behavioural and financial dimensions to support targeted retention campaigns



The Successful Applicant

  • A strong academic background in data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience working with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • A passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions in the insurance industry.
