Job Description

As an IT Support, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver day-to-day IT support for users (devices, applications, access).
  • Set up and support Teams/Zoom meetings and AV equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and basic account management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT/user support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
