Job Description

As an IT Support and Training Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first- and second-level technical support to lawyers and business services staff across the organization in Hong Kong and China
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Conducting training sessions to ensure employees are proficient in using internal systems and software.
  • Creating and maintaining user guides and training materials for technology tools.
  • Collaborating with the wider technology team to implement system updates and improvements.
  • Documenting support requests and solutions to maintain accurate records.
  • Identifying recurring technical issues and proposing long-term solutions to prevent them.
  • Staying updated with the latest technology trends relevant to the professional services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support and Training Specialist should have:

  • A strong understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience in delivering technical support and training to end-users.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
