Job Description

As an IPO Legal Secretary, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Partner and the team.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents.
  • Assist with A1 submissions, prospectuses, and regulatory filings.
  • Manage billing, time entries, and matter administration.
  • Scheduling meetings, travel, maintaining calendars and expense reports.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years' legal secretarial experience in IPO, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets
  • Candidates from local or international law firms welcome
  • Partner-serving experience is an advantage
  • Strong English, Cantonese, and Mandarin skills
  • Chinese word processing and MS Office proficiency
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
