Job Description

  • Developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income.
  • Managing tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities for value enhancement.
  • Coordinating lease negotiations and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Preparing and presenting asset performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align property management and leasing objectives.
  • Overseeing property marketing initiatives to attract high-quality tenants.
  • Ensuring compliance with local property regulations in Hong Kong.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ year of experience in leasing and asset management within the property industry.
  • Proven experience with Owner's Corporations, AGMs, and DMC compliance
  • Proficiency in market analysis and financial reporting.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with property regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
