Job Description

As an HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a key HR partner to business leaders, supporting daily HR matters and providing practical, solution-oriented advice
  • Deliver end-to-end HR services across recruitment, employee relations, and compensation & benefits
  • Support and execute HR initiatives aligned with business goals, including workforce planning and organisational development
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and local employment regulations
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including salary reviews, promotions, transfers, and exits
  • Provide guidance on labour laws and employment practices, ensuring policies remain compliant and up to date
  • Support budgeting processes related to headcount planning and employee costs
  • Design and implement HR programmes to enhance employee engagement and strengthen employer branding
  • Work closely with different business units to enhance HR processes and drive operational consistency

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within hospitality, catering, or service-driven industries
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes, Hong Kong labour regulations, and HR operations
  • Strong coordination skills with experience supporting employee engagement or service-related initiatives
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office tools
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
