You will support a broad spectrum of hiring needs across both back-office functions and business roles, covering local and offshore markets. Additionally, you will lead key HR initiatives, including employee engagement, employee relations, and the enhancement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

To own and execute end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles across different functions and locations, ensuring high-quality hires that support business growth. The role requires strong collaboration with hiring managers, regional HR business partners, external agencies and candidates, while continuously improving recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
