This role leads the HR function across both corporate and factory operations within a growing business. It oversees a small HR team and ensures smooth delivery of core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, employee relations, C&B, and compliance.

This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to establish and strengthen the HR and administration function for the Hong Kong office. Reporting directly to business leadership, the successful candidate will act as the key HR and administrative contact for the local office.

Our client is seeking a commercially minded and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support their growing business across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic HR business partnering with operational HR excellence, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders while ensuring seamless people operations across the region.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Managing Director and offers the opportunity to shape HR practices, build structure, and drive people initiatives within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment for their Dongguan operations.
