This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, campus hiring, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations, and office administration.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the HR & Administration team, providing guidance, support, and oversight across all aspects of human resources and office administration. Ensure the efficient delivery of HR services while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented team environment.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, campus hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, offboarding, and HR reporting.
  • Act as a trusted partner to management on people-related matters and support the organization in maintaining effective HR practices.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, benefits management, and employee records maintenance.
  • Review, enhance, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
  • Work closely with legal advisors on employment contracts, contract amendments, policy documentation, and other employment-related matters.
  • Maintain a high standard of documentation management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across contracts, employee records, HR correspondence, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Handle a steady volume of documentation in a structured and organized manner while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Oversee office administration functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations, including facilities coordination, vendor management, office policies, and general administrative support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 15 years or more of HR experience, with solid exposure to full-spectrum HR functions.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing HR and/or Administration teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
  • Experience overseeing graduate/ internship programs and broader talent acquisition activities.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Familiarity with employment contracts, HR documentation, and working closely with legal stakeholders on employment-related matters.
  • Comfortable managing a substantial volume of HR documentation with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Highly organized, agile, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Humble, approachable, people-oriented, and collaborative in working style.
  • Fluent Cantonese and English
  • Immediately Available or available to commence work within August 2026
